All Vintage Items are "SOLD AS-IS". While we always describe the items to the best of our abilities, and also provide demo videos of their operation, This means there are no returns, refunds, or warranties implied. We have introduced these policies simply due to the nature of vintage electronics, part swappers, those that tamper, modify or improperly use equipment. we hope you understand our above policies and strive to continue to do business with you!

ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN DROPPED OFF OR SHIPPED IN FOR SERVICE DIAGNOSTICS MUST BE PICKED UP OR SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORIGINAL QUOTE IF SERVICE IS DECLINED-  ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY IF THIS 14 DAY LIMIT IS EXCEEDED AND WILL BE DISPOSED OF ACCORDINGLY. / BECOME COMPANY PROPERTY. 

ONCE SERVICE / RESTORATION QUOTES ARE SENT TO CUSTOMER, THE CUSTOMER HAS 24 HOURS TO RESPOND BY ACCEPTING OR DECLINING THE SERVICE. IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS,  $15 DAILY STORAGE FEE WILL BE APPLIED PER UNIT, UNITL ITEM IS PICKED UP OR SERVICE QUOTE IS RESPONDED TO. 

ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN STORED FOR 14 DAYS WITH NO RESPONSE AND NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY.
